At BFC Motor Spares we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled.
Returns
You may return most items within 28 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
14-Day Cooling Off Period (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving goods for a full refund.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Parts that have been installed or fitted
Items that are damaged due to incorrect installation
Electrical parts once fitted
Items returned without original packaging
Please ensure compatibility with your vehicle before fitting any parts.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

Goods with Exchange Surcharge (Core Charges)
Some products may include a surcharge (core charge) which is refundable once the old unit is returned.
To receive the surcharge refund:
The old unit must be returned clean and complete
The unit must match the type supplied
The unit must be returned in the original packaging where possible
Proof of purchase must be included
Surcharge refunds may be refused if:
The unit is physically damaged
The unit is incomplete or dismantled
The unit is not the same as the one supplied
The unit is excessively dirty or contaminated with oil
Once accepted, the surcharge will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you require a different part, we will be happy to arrange an exchange where possible.
If the replacement part:
Costs more — you will be required to pay the price difference
Costs less — we will refund the difference
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over £20, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
